This beautiful 300 year old longere
farmhouse is full of original character and makes an ideal holiday
for a large group or 2 families sharing. It sleeps 10 comfortably
with masses of living room space and a games room. There are 2 cots
available also. The property benefits from a superb outdoor heated
private swimming pool, available May to Sept.
It is located just over the border from Normandy in Brittany in
between Avranches and Fougeres. It is well positioned for visiting
all the tourist areas and local beaches only 20 minutes drive away.
St James is only 5km away. It is well furnished and has lots of
interesting farmhouse and agricultural antiques on display.
The pool is available from May - Sept. It has steps leading down
into it and gradually slopes to the deepest part. It is fully fenced
and gated, only 12ft from the house. There are sunloungers, garden
chairs, patio tables, parasols and a barbeque all available at no
extra charge.
