Ty Gwyr is a 3 storey, detached family home in the tranquil village
of Tregarvan, found near the mouth of the estuary of the River Aulne.
The nearest large town is Chatealin.
Located on the beautiful Crozon Peninsula, in the Parc Naturel
Regional d'Amorique, Tregarvan is easily reached by road from
Roscoff (1.25 hour) or St. Malo (2.5 hours). FlyBE offer direct
flights from the UK (Birmingham, Southampton & Exeter) to Brest Airport
(35 mins).
The well equipped house sleeps up to 11 comfortably in four large
bedrooms. There is a family bathroom, plus a separate shower room
and WC. A fully fitted kitchen, spacious lounge/diner and attractive
music room ensure plenty of room for families or groups of people
holidaying together.
The garden offers private parking and there is a small enclosed lawn
and barbeque patio to the rear of the property. The grounds are safe
for children and catch the sun for most of the day.
Ty Gwyr is available for holiday rental all year round. Change over
day is Thursday in high season but can be altered to suit your needs
for the rest of the year.
