here to provide you

hopefully will enable you to rent out your
property with greater frequency. All new
properties remain on the main index page for at
least one month. All properties appear on at
least 3 pages on the site.
One important difference about
www.rentinfrance.net is that the
very
first page a visitor sees is a list of
newest properties on the web site with a small
image of each one, if the owner renews the
advert this is also placed on the main page for
about 8 weeks.
Rentinfrance benefits from the experience of our
sister site, Rentinspain, where visitors have
even emailed Rentinspain to say how much better
it is to see the properties straight away
without having to use search boxes etc. This
means that the visitor has more chance of
viewing your page. What use is an advert if it
has to be 'hunted down' from in some cases over
6000 properties from all over the world? This
site ONLY advertises property in France
thus ensuring that the only people to visit the
site are those keen on seeking out your property
to rent for their holiday.
The site will soon start to appear on the major search engines - Google,
Yahoo, MSN, AOL and Lycos plus others, when

of 4500+ pages viewed each day. We plan to
make Rentinfrance every bit as successful
for our property owners.
The annual cost to join Rentinfrance is only
£50.00 (74 Euros).
For this you can have up to 6 photographs plus
your text and rental charges and an enquiry form
that is emailed directly to you. Most other
sites only permit 4 photos and charge £5 or more
for additional photos. The more photos you have
on your page the better chance of renting it. A
dedicated web address, again, some others charge
for this. ALL PHOTOS ARE ENHANCED BY US SO
THEY LOOK AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE ON THE PAGE.
There are absolutely no further costs, even if
you want to change something on your page such
as adding a photo.
We can sometimes
also arrange for a property management
company to look after your property for
you. They will greet your guests and clean
up after them and deal with any issues that
may arise during their stay. Charges for
this vary depending on where your property
